THE DEIS PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED

On December 8, 2025, a Draft Environmental Impact Statement  (DEIS) was published in the State of Hawaiʻi’s Office of Planning and Sustainable Development’s Environmental Review Program’s “The Environmental Notice."

 

Written comments received during the 45-day public comment period and responses to substantive comments will be included in the publicly-available Final EIS along with any information provided pursuant to Chapter 343, HRS.
